My experience with Sarah has been nothing short of amazing. Within 24 hours of reaching out to Sarah she was able to not only help me find the perfect home that fit my budget and requirements but was also able to get an offer put in immediately. She was able to point out potential issues to look out for during the showings, advise me on which inspections and contingencies to do, and had a huge web of contractors/inspectors that were all very knowledgeable. I especially liked the part where she asked my opinion on the inspectors after talking/working with them. This shows me that she is constantly looking for ways to improve the experience that she gives her clients. Sarah's communication is excellent. If I had any questions or concerns she was able to get back to me immediately. I mean literally within a couple minutes. Having never bought a house before I didn't know even the first clue on where to start. Words like contingency, amortization, proration etc. were foreign to me. She was patient enough to teach me each and every step along the home buying process and in a very respectful and straightforward manner too. I'm sure Sarah has explained all of these processes a million times to a million different people but it did not seem that way to me, she was very excited to answer any and all questions I had. She was able to make the whole process not only easy, but fun. If you are looking to buy or sell a home I cannot recommend Sarah enough!
